Emerald Envy LLC. was originally founded in 2019 as a small lawn mowing side hustle under the name “Nick’s Lawn Service” with just a push mower and a utility trailer. Since then, the company has expanded into several other avenues of work including landscape, hardscape, stonework, grading, property maintenance, virtual landscape design, and more! In 2022 the company was re-branded into Emerald Envy LLC., which is the name we know and love today. The company’s founder and owner, Nick Andrews, is a UNC Charlotte Alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering. Although such a business is a very atypical path for an engineering graduate, his passion for entrepreneurship, the service industry, landscaping, and the outdoors were too strong to pass up such an opportunity.
